Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval you select until canceled. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Charges already processed for a shipment that has entered fulfillment cannot be reversed, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continuing your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Shipping rates, delivery timeframes, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be modified or revoked at any time. Welcome offers are valid for new subscribers only.

You agree not to misuse the Sunset Brews site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content without permission, or using it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.

All content on Sunset Brews — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and product descriptions — is owned by Sunset Brews or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

Sunset Brews is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
